  • Wi-Fi access is provided as a courtesy to our guests.
  • Wi-Fi access is reserved for registered guests only and must not be shared with visitors or unregistered individuals.

  • Oak Ridge RV Park reserves the right to monitor and collect connection information for maintenance, troubleshooting, or law enforcement purposes.
  • You may find that you need to purchase and install a Wi-Fi extender/booster inside your camper to maintain a stable connection. This equipment is the responsibility of the individual camper owner, not the RV Park.
  • These terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the Wi-Fi, you agree to the most recent version of this agreement.

Important Disclaimers

By using the Wi-Fi, you understand and agree that:

    1. The Wi-Fi may not always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
    2. To ensure fair access for all guests, we may limit upload and download speeds and periodically update the Wi-Fi password.
    3. During times of network congestion or higher usage, Wi-Fi service may be limited, and reliability cannot be guaranteed.
    4. Your device could be exposed to viruses or other harmful software.
    5. Oak Ridge RV Park does not guarantee security—other users could see or access your connection.
    6. We may block access to certain websites or online activities that violate these terms.
    7. You use this service at your own risk, and we recommend avoiding the transfer of sensitive or confidential information.

Acceptable Use

Please use the Wi-Fi responsibly. Do NOT use it to:

    • View, download, or share obscene, offensive, or harassing material.
    • Send spam, bulk messages, or engage in phishing or hacking activities.
    • Infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
    • Access or attempt to access networks, accounts, or systems without authorization.
    • Distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful programs.
    • Conduct business or commercial activity.

Oak Ridge RV Park may restrict or end access if these guidelines are not followed.

Legal and Security Matters

  • The Wi-Fi must not be used for any illegal activities in the U.S. or abroad.
  • We may cooperate with law enforcement if any illegal activity is suspected, including sharing connection logs or related information.
  • We keep basic connection records such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage times as needed for security and maintenance.

Liability and Indemnity

  • Oak Ridge RV Park and its team are not liable for any damages, data loss, or harm caused by your use of the Wi-Fi, including viruses, outages, or unauthorized access.
  • By using the Wi-Fi, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oak Ridge RV Park and its affiliates from any claims or damages that result from your use of the service.

Agreement

By connecting to and using Oak Ridge RV Park’s Wi-Fi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these terms and guidelines. You also acknowledge that the individual signing this agreement is fully responsible for all devices within their household that connect to the Wi-Fi network at all times.
