• QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am; Please be considerate of your neighbors inside and outside of this time frame. Loud music at any time is prohibited.
  • CHECK-OUT TIME: 1pm is the check-out time for each reservation. If you need to stay longer or need a later check-out time you will need to contact management and have this approved at least 48 hours in advance. Due to the possibility of incoming reservations, you may be asked to move sites if necessary to accommodate any changes.
  • LATE FEES: If your site rent is not paid in full within 5 days of your due date there will be a $30 late fee applied to your account.
  • SPEED LIMIT: Please be respectful and keep your speed under 10 miles per hour when inside the RV Park.
  • SEWER CONNECTIONS: Alabama state law requires that a sewer hose connection must be securely fastened and sealed on both ends of the hose at all times using a connector or a rubber donut.
  • SITES: Registered guest(s) are responsible for keeping their site always cleaned and in a presentable manner. No clutter should be gathered or stored around your campers outside whatsoever. RVs/Campers should be maintained and kept decent looking. Water leaks or water constantly flowing will not be permitted and any issues must be immediately addressed. Notify management immediately of any issues that may stem from the electrical pole or water inlets.
  • CHILDREN: We desire that all guests, including the children, have a safe and good time while staying at our RV Park. Children under the age of 10 should always be under the watchful eye of a parent/guardian while on the property. Children that are left unattended while a parent/guardian leaves the property are not the responsibility of the RV Park. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behavior of their children while on the property.
  • PETS (LIMIT IS 2 PER SITE): We are a pet friendly RV Park and ask that pet owners be respectful of other tenants and pets. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to always keep their pet(s) on a leash and under control. Pet owners must always clean up after their pet(s) and dispose of pet waste in the dumpster. NO OUTSIDE ANIMALS (CATS & DOGS) ARE ALLOWED AND NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE ALLOWED; ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BATHHOUSE/LAUNDROMAT
  • TRASH: Dumpster is provided for personal household trash only. No furniture, mattresses, or larger items are to be disposed of in the dumpster. Trash bags must be properly tied and all boxes should be broken down before being placed in the dumpster. Leaving trash or gathering trash outside of your camper is prohibited.
  • PARK-OWNED AMENITIES: All additional amenities provided by the park are owned and maintained by Oak Ridge RV Park. Guests are expected to use these amenities responsibly and help keep them in good working order for the enjoyment of everyone. Any damage caused to park-owned equipment or amenities by a guest, their family, or visitors will be the financial responsibility of that guest, including the cost of proper repair or replacement.
  • BATHHOUSE/LAUNDROMAT: Showers are limited to 15 minutes at a time. Please clean up after yourself after each use of the shower/restroom. This is a community area and others coming in behind you do not deserve to come into your mess or clean up after you. Laundry should not be left in the washers or dryers for an extended period of time. Please notify management of any issues that might arise in the bathhouse/laundromat so that they may be addressed.
  • VEHICLES: Our sites are limited to only 2 vehicles per site. If you need an exception to this you must contact management and receive prior approval. Vehicles are not allowed to be washed or have maintenance work done on them on property.
  • GENERATORS: May be used when necessary but please be considerate of your neighbors and the noise level.
  • CONDUCT: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxiousness, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate eviction.
  • DRUGS: Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule will result in an immediate eviction. Person(s) that become aware of any illegal activity are strongly encouraged to contact management immediately. REPORTS WILL BE STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL
  • NO FIREWORKS OR OPEN FIREARMS ALLOWED/DISPLAYED
  • CLOTHES LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE HUNG; NO HANGING OF ANYTHING FROM THE TREES
  • ELECTRIC SPACE HEATERS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS NOT ALLOWED
  • MUST OBTAIN PRIOR PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT TO HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL UTILITIES HOOKED UP TO YOUR RV/CAMPER
  • RV PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ON OR IN YOUR RV/CAMPER
  • LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment are intended for the convenience and pleasure of each guest(s). All persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent. Park management is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, falling trees, floods, personal negligence, acts of God, or any other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is solely responsible for all individuals and animals that come and go from their site and will be financially responsible for any damages incurred within the perimeter of the park.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EVICT/REFUSE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON(S) WHOM BREAK/DISREGARD ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WITHOUT A REFUND.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE RULES/REGULATIONS OR LATE FEES/DEPOSITS AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
